Jesse van Elzelingen holds a master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology, studied Industrial Management, and has recently specialized as an agile/scrum coach. Jesse has experience as a legal advisor for trade union members and currently works as Operations Manager and Agile Coach at ProVeg Netherlands. Within ProVeg Netherlands, Jesse is a stable engine for improving organizational processes and a reliable mentor for employees and volunteers.

Jesse strongly believes that people in general want to do the right thing and that groups of people can achieve their ambitious goals if they are in the right environment. He is driven to support people and organizations to create these suitable environments.
